POUAKAI CROSSING

The West Coast's premier day hike, the Pouakai Crossing takes trampers through 19km of Egmont National Park. With its remarkable, picturesque views of active stratovolcano Taranaki, it has drawn comparisons to the Tongoriro crossing but without the crowds.

We provide transport services to both the beginning and end of the track upon request for visitors staying in our BnB.

DAWSON FALLS VISITORS CENTER

A popular destination for visitors of all ability levels. Popular attractions include the 18m high Dawson Falls, Wilkies Pools, and Kapuni Loop Tracks.

Transport can also be arranged for day hikes around this side of the National Park upon request.

Transport as well as meal options are available for visitors wishing to undergo the climb.
